Job Description
- Presale: support for technical of products.
- Field Service & Diagnostics: Perform on-site installation inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for solar PV panels, string/hybrid inverters, and lithium-ion/LFP battery banks.
- Data Collection: Recording every service & troubleshooting history data in the system.
- Collabration: Proper communication between customer & technical team.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute routine system health checks, firmware updates, battery parameter balancing, and component replacements.
- Testing & Quality Control: Conduct electrical testing using standard tools (multimeters, insulation testers, thermal cameras) to verify system voltage, current, grounding, and wiring integrity.
•Customer Support & Training: Provide technical guidance to clients on proper system operation, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices. - Warranty & Documentation: Complete detailed service reports, document fault logs, process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) claims, and track warranty requests with product manufacturers.
- Trip: Travelling needed according to work requirement for after-sale service to customer.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of solar, inverter, battery & electrical wiring.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC electrical principles and solar wiring.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeter, clamp meter, thermal imaging).
- Knowledge of inverter parameters, monitoring apps, and battery management systems (BMS).
- Strong problem-solving ability, customer-oriented communication, and detailed reporting.
- Client management, technical report writing, and ability to train junior technicians.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel locally for field service calls.
- Basic knowledge of HV system for C&I projects.
- Working under pressure and teamwork communication need to be good.
- Can be communicate with English.
- Able to use well with Microsoft office tools.
Working Hours:8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday(Need to attend first and last Saturday of monthly)
