Job Requirements
- Graduates of any Degree in Engineering or Science related courses from a reputable university.
- Preferably a Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering. Licensed have an advantage.
- With two (2) years of related experience.
- With intensive exposure on fooda manufacturing and professional-level experience in developing curriculum, doing training and presentations, developing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
- Background in management systems such as, but not limited to, ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, continuous improvement methods etc., is an advantage.
Job Descriptions
- In charge of development and maintenance of technical training system.
- Implement and execute the Continuous Improvement & Technical Training Plans and Programs that will support the business needs of the Manufacturing Operation.
- Coordinate’s training activities and initiatives in the department concerned.
- Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees.
- Implement and execute required training for new hires and assign them to training sessions.
- Facilitate gap analysis and identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training.
- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
- Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.
- Optimizing training process for efficiency.
- Design, develop and deliver technical programs/ curricula for technical topics.
- Analyze effectiveness of training programs and identify and implement solutions to maximize their success.
- Attend seminars and conferences to identify new industry trends and current training techniques.
- Research, develop and update technical training materials of high professional standard.
- Implement applicable learning methodologies and techniques.
- Manage and maintain training database.
- Participate in cross functional meeting, management review and quality system review.
- Maintain document and record as required by the Plant good documentation practices.
- Follow company rules and regulation, basic safety practices, and other company adapted system standard such as but not limited to GMP, HACCP, QMS, FSMS, OHSA and EHS.
- Participate in other company programs that may be required; and
- Performs other roles, duties and responsibilities directed by immediate superior that support the organization’s Mission, Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Core Values.
- Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time that support Company and team objectives.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
Holidays : Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
