Job Descriptions

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan and execute trade promotions, merchandising programs, and in-store marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and prepare management reports.
Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Lead and coach the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of trade marketing principles and channel management.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday& Public Holidays
