• Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Marketing, Sales and Business Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
• Excellent Organizational and Project Management skills.
• At least 3 years’ experience with related fields
• Can drive and must have Driving License.
Job Description
• Implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand & sales objectives.
• Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising & display standards and Support on-trade and off-trade channel growth.
• Develop brand experience outlets & partnership programs and coordinate exclusive draught beer programs with sales team.
• Plan and execute consumer & trade promotions and manage wall chart programs, seasonal promotions & music events at outlets and track promotion performance & ROI.
• Work closely with sales team on monthly targets & initiatives.
• Conduct market visits & outlets audits and identify low-sales region opportunities & activation plans.
• Monitor competitors’ activities & market trends.
• Analyze sales data & recommend improvement actions.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
