Job Requirements

User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand target users, their needs, and pain points.
Analyze and interpret user data to inform design decisions.
Design Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
UI/UX Design:
Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Design and iterate on user flows and interactions to enhance overall user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design into the final product.
Collaborate with product managers to align design solutions with business goals.
Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and design standards.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
