Job Requirement
• မည်သည့်ဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့်မဆို အနည်းဆုံး ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ ( လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံများရှိပါက ပညာရေးလျော့ပေါ့စဉ်းစားပေးမည်။ )
• Camera Handling နှင့် Lighting ပိုင်းကို နားလည်ပြီး Video ရိုက်ကူးရေး အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။
• Video editing ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်သက် အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်မှ (၂) နှစ်အတွင်း ရှိရမည်။
• CapCut (Desktop/Mobile), Adobe Premiere Pro သို့မဟုတ် DaVinci Resolve ကဲ့သို့သော Software များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Visual storytelling နှင့် Timing (Pacing) ပိုင်းတွင် နားလည်သဘောပေါက်မှုရှိရမည်။
• Social Media trend များကို စိတ်ဝင်စားပြီး ဖန်တီးနိုင်စွမ်း (Creativity) မြင့်မားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Deadline အတွင်း အလုပ်ပြီးစီးအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Job description
• TikTok အတွက် Quality မြင့်မားသော Video content များကို အစအဆုံး တည်းဖြတ်ရန်။
• Video ရိုက်ကူးရေးအတွက် လိုအပ်သော Setup များပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် Camera/Mobile များဖြင့် ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ကိုယ်တိုင်ရိုက်ကူးပေးရန်။
• Raw footage များကို Storyline ကောင်းမွန်အောင် စုစည်းပြီး လိုအပ်သော Color grading, Sound effects, Music နှင့် Graphics များ ထည့်သွင်းရန်။
• Marketing Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြီး Content Ideas များစဥ်းစား ပေးပြီး ရိုက်ကူးခြင်းနှင့် တည်းဖြတ်ခြင်းအထိ အဖွဲ့ဝင်တစ်ဦးအနေဖြင့် တာဝန်ယူရန်။
• Trend ဖြစ်နေသော Editing style များကို အမြဲလေ့လာပြီး Brand ၏ ပုံရိပ်ကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်သော Content များ ဖန်တီးရန်
