Job Descriptions
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, and dispatching goods).
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely distribution.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control.
- Monitor and record stock movements (inbound and outbound).
- Minimize stock loss, damages, and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory, stock movement, and variances.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Oversee equipment maintenance (forklifts, racks, storage systems).
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
Job Requirement
- Any graduate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
