Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, unloading, checking, storing, picking, issuing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure incoming and outgoing materials are checked, documented, and stored according to procedures.
  • Maintain proper warehouse layout, optimize storage space, and keep the facility clean and organized.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure physical stock matches system records. Monitor stock movements (receiving, issuing, transferring, returning, adjusting) and investigate/resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to relevant departments/projects and coordinate to resolve inventory issues.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • 5 Years Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
