Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။ စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာအရည်အချင်းရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Wholesale သို့မဟုတ် FMCG sales အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၃ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
- FMCG Wholesale Sales / Distribution အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Team Supervision နှင့် Customer Management ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Sales Target နှင့် Achievement ကို နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel / Word / Reporting အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication, Negotiation နှင့် Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- နယ်မြေ/ဈေးကွက်အတွင်း သွားလာလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Wholesale Customer များ၏ Order နှင့် Sales Activities များကို ကြီးကြပ်စီမံခြင်း။
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Wholesale Sales Target များ သတ်မှတ်ပြီး Achievement ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
- Sales Representative များ၏ Customer Visit, Order Taking နှင့် Collection Activities များကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- Wholesale Customer အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်းနှင့် Customer Network တိုးချဲ့ခြင်း။
- Stock Availability, Order Fulfillment နှင့် Delivery အခြေအနေများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း။
- Trade Promotion, Discount နှင့် Dealer / Wholesale Promotion များကို Company Policy အတိုင်း အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
- Sales Return, Near-Expiry နှင့် Slow-Moving Stock များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး လျှော့ချနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Customer Outstanding / Credit Control နှင့် Payment Collection ကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- Sales Report, Target Achievement Report နှင့် Market Feedback များကို အချိန်မီ တင်ပြခြင်း။
- Sales Team ကို Coaching / Training ပေးပြီး Sales Performance တိုးတက်အောင် စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
