Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good command of English
- Proven experience in an administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.
- Able to meet deadlines consistently
- Preferably residing near the MICT Park area and cooperative in nature
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical duties (e.g., filing, scheduling, copying, data entry).
- Maintain and update office records and documentation.
- Manage company fixed assets, promotion items including issuing and updating records.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and monitor inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier).
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Organize and support internal meetings and events. (e.g., company dinners, birthdays, welfare activities)
- Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of office facilities.
- Monitor office equipment maintenance and liaise with IT/support when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
