Job Requirements
- B.Act or Any graduate with LCCI- III (UK).
- Minimum 2+ years of hand-on Odoo development experience.
- Hands-on Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Communication.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft excel.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
Job Descriptions
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging report.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately, assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation and filling systems.
- Assist customers with accounting-related inquiries and system usage.
- Troubleshoot basic Odoo Accounting issues and escalate when necessary.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday & Public Holidays
