Job Requirements

Any Graduate with Diploma in HR Management
At least 5 years of experience in related field
Understanding and setting up HR Processes & Policies.
Understanding on local compliances, Talent Acquisition, Training & development, Performance management and HR interventions
Good Communication Skills, MS- EXCEL, MS- POWERPOINT, Balanced, analytical thinker, Empathetic listener, problem solver, Result orientation, conflict Management
Employee Complete Life Cycle and related documentation.
Talent Acquisition for all levels till on boarding.
Payroll Management and Compliances Management.
Induction/Orientation Programme.
Performance Management System.
Employee Engagement Activities.
Policy Formulations.
HR Operations.( Designing Process, System and Policies)
Training and Development.
Organization Development and HR Interventions. Preferably specialization and implementation of at least One HR intervention.

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5:30P.M
Holiday : Sunday and Public Holidays.
