Job Descriptions
- လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမစ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု (HRM)၊ Business Administration၊ Management၊
- Psychology သို့ မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ် ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ
- MBA၊ MPA သို့မဟုတ် HR Professional Certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI သို့မဟုတ် အလားတူ)ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- HR နှင့် Administration လုပ်ငန်းအ တွေ့ အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၅) နှစ်ရှိပြီး Managerial Level တွင်
- အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ် အတွေ့ အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Organizational Development (OD)၊ Change Management၊ Performance Management၊
- Talent Management နှင့် Corporate Governance ဆိုင်ရာ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Agribusiness၊ Manufacturing၊ Trading သို့ မဟုတ် Development Sector တို့ တွင်
- အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါက ပို မို သင့်လျော်သည်။

- HR Strategy၊ Workforce Planning နှင့် Organization Structure ကို Business Strategy နှင့်
- ကိုက်ညီစွာ ရေး ဆွဲကောင်အထည် ဖော်ြခင်း။
- Organizational Development (OD)၊ Change Management နှင့် Organizational
- Transformation အစီအစဉ်များကို ပံ့ပိုးဆောင်ရွက်ရခြင်း။
- Succession Planning၊ Talent Management နှင့် Leadership Development Program များကို
- အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ြခင်း။
- Manpower Planning၊ Recruitment၊ Selection၊ Onboarding နှင့် Probation Management ကို
- စီမံခန့်ခွဲ ခြင်း။
- အရည်အချင်းရှိသော ဝန်ထမ်းများကို ဆွဲဆောင်ခန့်အပ်၍ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရန် Recruitment Strategy
- များ ချမှတ် ခြင်း။
