Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years to 5 years of experience in administrative management or office administration, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office management software.
• Experience in budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting for administrative operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills with the ability to supervise and develop administrative staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures is an advantage.
• Proven experience in managing staff hostel operations, ensuring efficient accommodation arrangements, facility maintenance, and compliance with company regulations.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
