Salary: 450,000/-MMK (Negotiable Salary)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of administrative experience.
- Must have experience in Import Logistics and Import Documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import logistics and monitor shipment status.
- Prepare and maintain import and shipping documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
- Maintain and update inventory records and related data.
- Provide general administrative and office support, including document filing and invoice processing.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday,Sunday & Public Holidays Off
