We are looking for a responsible and experienced Admin staff with an accounting or logistics background to join our team!

Job Location: 192, Kabar Aye Pagoda Road, Bahan Township
Type of Business/Product: Wedding Invitation and Printing service
Gender: Female (1)
Salary: 450,000/-MMK (Negotiable Salary)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of administrative experience.
  • Must have experience in Import Logistics and Import Documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle import logistics and monitor shipment status.
  • Prepare and maintain import and shipping documentation.
  • Communicate and coordinate with overseas suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
  • Maintain and update inventory records and related data.
  • Provide general administrative and office support, including document filing and invoice processing.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday,Sunday & Public Holidays Off
