Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E Civil) holder preferred
- Minimum 5 years and above experience in Quantity Surveyor field
- Strong knowledge in construction quantity surveying and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer applications
Job Descriptions
- Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and quantity take-off for construction projects
- Perform quantity calculation and cost estimation
- Prepare quotation and tender documents
- Analyze and compare subcontractor rates
- Calculate material quantities and prepare material requirements
- Handle Variation Order (VO) preparation and submission
- Prepare Progress Payment Certificates
- Prepare Final Account Statements
- Coordinate with project team, subcontractors and relevant departments regarding QS matters
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday(Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
