Job requirement
- Any graduate, preferred medical related degree (MBBS, B. Pharm or BDS)
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in i Medical Field and good market relationship.
- Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated person with good presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in English and Myanmar languages
- Can able to travel extensively
- Need to ensure Company’s set Reporting system perfectly.
- Good Soft skills, including IT (word, power point, excel)
Key Responsibility
- Responsible to achieve the objectives set by management
- Ability to lead the team and build a high-performance team by ensuring sales process implementation in line with the agreed plans
- Must be a motivator for team members and leading from frontline
- Good relationship with customers and ensure the execution of activity
- Manage the team to achieve expected call activity to target doctors and pharmacy with proper frequency
Working Hour: 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday: Sunday and public holiday
