Job Requirement
• Degree or Diploma in any field
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience (preferably in Micro-Finance, Banking, or Telecom)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the region
Job Descriptions
• Distribute and sell Solar products within the designated territory
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Promoters
• Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals
• Provide excellent after-sales support to customers
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
