Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic Engineering / Electrical Power Engineering) OR Bachelor of Computer Science OR any graduate with an AGTI Diploma (Electronics / Electrical Power). No prior broadcast experience is required. Passionate fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with technical backgrounds and a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply, as extensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Solid understanding of audio mixers and audio signal flow principles, or a strong interest and willingness to quickly learn these technical concepts on the job.
  • Basic understanding and ability to operate digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition or similar audio editing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and make sound, level-headed decisions during unexpected technical issues or live broadcast emergencies.
  • Must be willing and able to work in a shift-based schedule, with flexibility to primarily support night shift duties based on the station’s broadcast timetable (5:00 AM – 11:00 PM).
  • Must be available for overnight duties (night shift) at the studio, with designated rest periods and sleeping arrangements provided on-site.
  • Must be flexible to work double shifts (back-to-back shifts) on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as assigned, with compensatory weekdays off provided.
  • Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled, air-conditioned studio or office environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, a proactive attitude toward learning new technical workflows, and good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Descriptions 

  • Perform routine technical health checks on broadcast equipment and machinery in the Central Equipment Room (CER) and active studios to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Ensure full accuracy of the daily broadcast schedule by verifying that all advertisements, promotional spots, and program content are transmitted correctly and in accordance with the schedule.
  • Manage, synchronize, and coordinate incoming external live feeds to ensure outside broadcast content is aired smoothly and on time.
  • Provide technical support to on-air presenters and DJs, maintain a stable studio environment, and minimize playback risks during live broadcasts.
  • Collect, organize, and archive daily on-air audio recordings in secure storage systems for documentation and compliance purposes.

Working Hours: 44 Hours per week
Holiday: Rotating off-days
