- Excellent in English (4 skills)
- Proven ability to manage team and deliver consistent results.
- Proficient in MS Office, and sales performance tools.
Job Overview:
- The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction and performance of the sales department.
- This leadership role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, developing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing directly to the company’s overall revenue and market growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and proven leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy, Team Performance & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Set and track KPIs to ensure consistent performance across the sales team.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and provide action plans for continuous improvement.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance and foster professional development.
- Set individual and team sales targets; regularly assess performance and provide feedback.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely, professional resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
