Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or any related field with equivalent practical experience in IT support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong foundational knowledge of IT networking concepts, including routing, switching, subnetting, DHCP, static IP, and DNS troubleshooting.
- Ability to support and maintain critical network infrastructure to minimize operational downtime.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory (AD) administration, including user accounts, domain joining, permissions, and file/printer sharing.
- Basic understanding of Windows environments, storage servers, NAS solutions, and data backup concepts.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC hardware, operating systems, printers, and scanners.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with OBS Studio, vMix, or similar live streaming and production software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, with flexibility to adapt to dynamic work schedules based on live broadcast requirements.
Job Descriptions
- Perform daily health checks on IT and broadcast infrastructure within the Central Equipment Room (CER) to ensure optimal uptime.
- Monitor and maintain office and broadcast networks to ensure high availability and system stability.
- Verify that core servers, NAS devices, and CCTV systems are functioning properly and operating at optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot internet routing issues and coordinate directly with ISPs to ensure stable and uninterrupted bandwidth.
- Configure client PC network settings, manage local IP allocations, and resolve local network performance bottlenecks.
- Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and scanners, and support staff with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist the engineering team with live streaming workflows, studio signal flow, camera setups, and basic audio/network integration support.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
