Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Age between 35 to 40 Years
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fertilizer manufacturing company.
- Must use Microsoft Word Excel, Power Point and Internet Email
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and production management.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Well proficiency in Myanmar and English is preferable
- Must have a valid driving license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee the inspection of incoming raw materials to ensure quality and quantity standards.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and achieve cost efficiency.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage spare parts availability.
- Minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Ensure finished products meet required quality standards and production targets.
- Like initiative and have a self-challenges attitude
- Monthly report to respective management
- Hard working and good personnel management
Working Hours: 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
