Job Descriptions.
• The Assistant Project Executive supports the project team in planning, coordinating, and executing exhibition and event projects.
• This role assists in communication, documentation, and on-site operations to ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
• Assist in coordinating exhibition and event projects from planning to installation.
• Support the Senior Project Executive or Project Manager in preparing project schedules, budgets, and quotations.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors under supervision.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays.
• Assist in coordinating logistics, delivery, and on-site setup/dismantling.
• Maintain project files, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company standards and safety requirements.
Job Requirements
• Any Graduate
• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in the related field. (Exhibition & Event)
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of project planning and materials used in exhibitions.
• Able to work flexible hours and travel for events when required.
Working Hour : 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
