Job Description
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve sales results.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Conduct market visits and evaluate market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Supervise and support sales representatives and sales supervisors.
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collection & Credit Control
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely collections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in Trading, Distribution or related industries.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Able to travel as required.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
