Job Description

  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services to clients
  • Coordinate the setup, scheduling, and deployment of DOOH advertising ads.
  • Assist in the coordination projects and tasks from Key Account manager
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update key clients on the status of their projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of our services to key clients
  • Provide regular reports on client activities and results to the Key Account Manager
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, marketing materials and lead client meetings and presentations as required
  • Support Key Account Manager in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients or partners
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather data to identify potential opportunities
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the Key Account Manager
  • Mentor juniors, providing guidance and fostering skill development within the team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with,marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in related in service industry
  • Proven experience in managing key client relationships and sales or marketing with a track record of achieving target
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in sales management software, CRM, and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the service industry and understanding of market trends and competition.
  • Good at English skills in both written and verbal
  • Good teamwork and Good interpersonal skills
