Requirements
- BE, B.Tech, or AGTI in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
- Must have building and infrastructure project experience.
- At least 3 years as a Project Manager.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good teamwork approach and pressure tolerance.
- Able to travel to project sites across Myanmar.
- Competent in technical writing and presentations.
Job Description
- Dealing and coordination of project drawings and specifications to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Set and control the Master Schedule with proper construction sequences, methods, and catch-up plans for delays.
- Manage and optimize project resources, including machinery, equipment, tools, materials, subcontractors, and labor.
- Coordinate and arrange project tender schedules to meet deadlines.
- Manage timely calibration and verification of required equipment and testing instruments.
- Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules, and manpower assignments efficiently.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, resources, and financial cash flows for both projects and the department.
- Ensure safety standards and guarantee that building and infrastructure designs are strong and durable.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Train and mentor subordinates consistently to prepare them for succession.
- Assist and report directly to senior management.
- Provide guidelines and support to junior ranks, coordinating effectively with colleagues and external providers.
- Manage comprehensive and proper project reporting
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : A day per week
