Requirements

Education: No formal education required (Must be able to read and write Myanmar).
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven experience in automotive painting.
Teamwork: Active, energetic, and able to collaborate effectively with team members.
Adaptability: Fast learner with a strong willingness to develop new skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Knowledge: General understanding of car body repair and preparation processes.
Tools & Materials: Familiarity with automotive painting tools, spray guns, and chemical materials.
Vision & Precision: Excellent color vision (for color matching) and high attention to detail.
Problem Solving: Proactive mindset in identifying and solving technical issues.
Stress Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and handle pressure calmly.
Customer Service: Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle different client characters.

Job Responsibilities

Paint Technician is responsible for painting the car properly.
Paint Technician is responsible for cleanliness, quality of the work and maintaining the painting tools and materials
Wearing safety equipment is a must.
Cleanliness is a must.
To work with dry sanding putty.
To paint the car properly according to Toyota Standard.
To be able to judge the colour different.
To prioritize the quality of the paint.
To prioritize the efficient work.
To maintain the painting tools and materials.
Ad-hoc responsibility as assign by work requirement.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
