Job Requirements
• Any Engineering Degree.
• Typically requires 5+ years of experience and a relevant qualification
• Utilize advanced software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and project management platforms
• Proficient in CAD/BIM software and digital documentation workflows.
• Effective project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Translate conceptual designs from architects into workable technical plans
• Manage and review the integration of structural, MEP, and other systems into the architectural design.
• Ensure materials, details, and workmanship on-site align with approved drawings and specifications.
• Provide expert technical advice and input to support client needs and project goals.
• Prepare and submit documents for building permit applications and regulatory approvals.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative) Sunday & Public Holidays
