- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Sales (Tractor Spare Parts preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Tractor Spare Parts and market dynamics
Job Description
- Sales Targets ကို အဖွဲ့လိုက် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ဖို့အတွက် ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- လအလိုက် Spare Parts Sales Target ပြည့်ရန်အတွက် Plan များ Strategies များ ချမှတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Market အသစ်/ Customers အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေရမည်။
- Key Customer များကို စဥ်ဆက်မပျက် ထိမ်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
- Customer complaints, နှင့် feedback များကို နားထောင်ပြီး ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly sales targets ကို အခြေခံ၍ Sales Plan ရေးဆွဲခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
- Sales Forecast, Performance Report များ senior management ထံတင်ပြရမည်။
Working Hours: (8:00)Am to (5:00)Pm
Holiday : One Day Per Week ,Public Holidays
