Job Requirements
• Any graduated.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics field.
• Good understanding of Export/Import procedures, Customs Clearance processes, and Incoterms.
• Basic/Intermediate English language skills (both written and verbal) for email communication and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Job Descriptions
• Arranging space booking with airlines/co-loaders and issuing House Air Waybills (HAWB) & Master Air Waybills (MAWB).
• Managing cargo acceptance, unloading, and inspection at airport cargo warehouses.
• Coordinating with customs brokers and airport authorities for smooth export/import clearance.
Tracking shipments continuously and providing timely updates/import information to respective customers.
• Handling customer inquiries regarding cargo status, delivery schedules, and shipping documents.
Preparing, filing, and archiving export/import documentation issued by the company .
• Checking cargo dimensions, weights, and billing details before finalized documentation.
• Coordinating with internal finance/billing teams for invoice issuance related to logistics charges.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday and Public Holidays
