Job Responsibilities

စက်ရုံ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
ထုတ်လုပ်မှုအစီအစဉ်များကို အချိန်မီနှင့် အရည်အသွေးပြည့်မီစွာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန်။
Production, Quality Control, Maintenance နှင့် Warehouse လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဦးဆောင်ညှိနှိုင်းရန်။
ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်၍ လုပ်ငန်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည် မြှင့်တင်ရန်။
Production Cost, Material Usage နှင့် Productivity ကို ထိန်းချုပ်စီမံရန်။
Workplace Safety နှင့် Company Policies များကို လိုက်နာအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Management Team သို့ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အစီရင်ခံစာများ တင်ပြရန်။

Requirements

အသက် (၃၅) မှ (၄၅) နှစ်အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
Bachelor Degree ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Factory Management သို့မဟုတ် Manufacturing Field တွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၅) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Leadership, Team Management နှင့် Problem Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Production Planning, Quality Control နှင့် Inventory Management အကြောင်း နားလည်သိရှိရမည်။
Aluminum Doors & Windows Manufacturing Industry အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
