Job Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering /Manufacturing / Industrial / Related Field
• Minimum 7-10 years manufacturing experience
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Factory Manager / Production Manager position
• Experience in Plastic PET Preform /Bottle / Cap Manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of Injection Molding / Blow Molding Process
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Good command of English
• ERP / Excel / Reporting skills preferred
Job Descriptions
• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead and manage overall factory operations for PET Preform, Bottle and Cap manufacturing. The role is responsible for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Inventory, Cost Control and Team Performance to achieve business targets safely and efficiently.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
