• ဆယ်တန်းအောင်/တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အသက် (၁၈)နှစ်မှ (၃၅)နှစ်အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ကွန်ပျူတာ အခြေခံသင်တန်း တက်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။( Microsoft excel , word) သုံးနိုင်ရမည်။
• ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သွက်လက်ချက်ချာပြီး ပေးအပ်သောတာ၀န်ကို ကျေပွန်စွာထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
• အတွေ့အကြုံ မရှိသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
