Job Descriptions
- Manage the daily operations of the factory
- Supervise the Production Team, QC Team, Maintenance Team
- Manage to achieve the Production Target
- Check the availability of raw materials
- Supervise the normal operation of equipment
- Supervise compliance with factory safety regulations
- Check Daily Production Reports
- Resolve problems that occur in the factory in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree & MBA holder is preferable.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in Construction Materials and people Management experience.
- Must be able to start work immediately.
- Must be able to go down over time.
- Computer Application & English Language Proficiency.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
