Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
- At least 3–5 years in a management position.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, GMP, ISO, HACCP, or similar standards is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Monitor production schedules and adjust resources when necessary.
2. Operations Management
Oversee all factory operations and workflow.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Improve manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, procurement, and maintenance teams.
3. Quality Control
Ensure products meet company quality standards.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP, or other applicable standards.
4. People Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate factory employees.
Recruit, train, and develop production staff.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections.
Investigate workplace incidents and implement preventive measures.
6. Cost Control
Monitor factory operating costs.
Reduce waste and improve productivity.
Manage factory budgets effectively.
Recommend cost-saving initiatives.
7. Inventory & Materials
Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams.
Ensure adequate raw material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and minimize material shortages.
Reduce inventory losses and wastage.
8. Equipment & Maintenance
Ensure production equipment is properly maintained.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
Minimize machine downtime.
Recommend equipment upgrades when necessary.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
