Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (B.Com, B.Acc, BBA); professional qualifications such as ACCA, LCCI Level III (UK), or a Diploma inIFRS/Financial Management is a strong advantage.
- Age: 28 to 38 years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably as an Accountant, Accounts Officer, or Finance Officer.
- Experience in a Multinational Company (MNC) is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Must have proven knowledge and experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting software, and ERP systems (experience in ERP implementation support is a plus).
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Language: Good command of written and spoken English (all four skills).
- Soft Skills: Meticulous, independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Assist to HOD for group reports preparation, submission as per group timeline requirement.
- Work closely with managers and team members for month-end / year-end financial report submission as per group timeline.
- Preparation of yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting reports and working together with the Planning department.
- Monitor and analyze the Budgeted and Forecasted amount of the company’s divisions
- Maintain company’s Fixed Assets register accurately and systematically.
- Lead and report on the physical taking of company Fixed Assets. (yearly / periodically).
- Assist on company ERP system implementation setting up and application
- Liaise with other related departments for necessary information.
- Perform any assignment from HOD not listed above as per job requirement.
- To implement to develop forecast financial objectives and business plan with the supporting of the management
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
