Job Requirements
• Any Graduated
• Minimum 2 years related experience in related field.
• Responsible of handling GPS Devices
• Installation and troubleshooting of GPS Devices in Vehicle
• Responsible to support the client on Field
• Daily Co-ordination and Support with Team
• Perform duties while exposed to various environmental conditions
• Able to travel and be away from home
• Respond in a timely manner to all communication (text, calls, and e-mails)
• Daily monitor review of route for accuracy and efficiency
• Need 12v / 24v automotive / machinery knowledge
• Need to know how to take apart heavy machinery
• Ability to build relays switch
• Ability to use multimeter
• Ensure high quality installations
• Ensure all installed equipment is functional prior to leaving the customers location
• Provide the highest standard of customer service
• Provide exceptional levels of problem solving, troubleshooting and support
• Monitor and verify that all paperwork is complete and accurate
• Accountable for all field inventory
• Provide customer training and pilot installations as requested
• Training will be provided by Company
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
