Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Chinese or Myanmar cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese home-style and Shan-style cooking.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and cook Chinese and Myanmar dishes with high quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Plan and manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and ordering.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are strictly followed.
- Assist in menu development and cost control.
- Coordinate with management to meet customer expectations.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: One day per week
