Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment cycles: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, evaluations, leave, etc.).
- Administer monthly payroll coordination and time attendance tracking.
- Organize employee training, development, and orientation programs.
- Handle employee grievances and enforce disciplinary procedures fairly.
- Support performance review cycles.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration tasks, including stationery, licenses, and utilities.
- Support inter-departmental coordination for HR-related needs.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and hotel regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR documents and sensitive information.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles
- Knowledge of Myanmar labor law and payroll systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both English and Burmese).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Discreet, organized, and solution oriented.
Working Hours: 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
