Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment cycles: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, evaluations, leave, etc.).
  • Administer monthly payroll coordination and time attendance tracking.
  • Organize employee training, development, and orientation programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and enforce disciplinary procedures fairly.
  • Support performance review cycles.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration tasks, including stationery, licenses, and utilities.
  • Support inter-departmental coordination for HR-related needs.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and hotel regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR documents and sensitive information.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of Myanmar labor law and payroll systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both English and Burmese).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Discreet, organized, and solution oriented.

Working Hours: 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
