Job Requirement
- Any Graduated.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR Systems.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in HR field.
- Well understanding of Myanmar Labour Law.
- Must have strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
- Must have experience in the manufacturing industry.
Job Descriptions
- Manage the overall HR functions of the company.
- Oversee recruitment, selection & onboarding processes.
- Develop & Implement HR policies & procedures.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll & benefits administration.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and handle employee grievance process.
- Report to General Manager.
Working Hours: 7:30AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
