- လုပ်သက်အနည်းဆုံး(၁)နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- မိမိကျောင်းသူ/သာများအား ကျောင်းမှချမှတ်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းနှင့်အညီ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ရုံးတွင်းရှိ အခြားဌာနများနှင့်လည်း သင့်တင့်စွာဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
