Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good communication skills in English and Myanmar
• Friendly, confident, and student-focused personality
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Experience in customer service or education sector is an advantage
Job Descriptions
• Assist students and parents with course and study pathway guidance
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Support application processing and document follow-up
• Maintain student records and follow-up on leads
• Assist in education fairs, seminars, and student events
• Support senior counselors in daily counseling operations
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sat(half),Sunday and Public holidays
