Job Requirements

• Civil Engineering (AGTI/B.Tech/B.E) သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘွဲ့။
• Quantity Surveying သို့မဟုတ် Building Construction အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ် ရှိသူ။
• BOQ၊ Quantity Take-off နှင့် Cost Estimation အခြေခံကျွမ်းကျင်သူ။
• AutoCAD Drawing ဖတ်နိုင်သူ။
• Microsoft Excel (Formula, Pivot Table အခြေခံ)၊ Word အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။
• သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး အသေးစိတ်ဂရုစိုက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ။
• Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ။
• Preferred Qualifications
• QS Software သို့မဟုတ် Excel ဖြင့် BOQ ပြုလုပ်ဖူးသူ။
• Site Measurement နှင့် Progress Claim အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ။
Job Descriptions

• BOQ Preparation နှင့် Quantity Take-off ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
• Tender Documents၊ Quotation နှင့် Cost Estimation ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း။
• Material Quantity နှင့် Cost Analysis များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
• Progress Claim၊ Variation Order (VO) နှင့် Final Account Documentation များအတွက် အထောက်အကူပြုခြင်း။
• Subcontractor Quotation များကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်သုံးသပ်ခြင်း။
• Site Measurement များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် လိုအပ်ပါက Site သို့ သွားရောက်တိုင်းတာခြင်း။
• Drawing၊ BOQ နှင့် Contract Documents များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• Weekly နှင့် Monthly Cost Report များ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း။
• Senior QS မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
