Job Description
- Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
- Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Arrange special shipping requirements when necessary
- Monitor shipments and resolve any delivery or documentation issues
- Prepare and process bills, invoices, and other logistics-related documents
- Manage distribution and shipment budgets effectively
- Ensure safe, timely pick-up and delivery of goods
- Maintain quality standards across all logistics operations
- Develop and improve logistics and supply chain processes for efficiency
- Organize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation activities
- Track shipments, costs, timelines, and overall logistics performance
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are up to date
- Manage export/import license applications and coordinate with relevant government offices as required
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum (3) years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related roles
- Good understanding of logistics processes, industry practices, and cost structures
- Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to travel when required
Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
