Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media & Communications, or a related
field. - Professional Diploma or Certificate in Digital Marketing / Integrated Marketing Communication is
a plus. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing execution or brand management.
- Prior experience in the FMCG, Distribution, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in trade promotions, POSM management, and ground event activations.
- Familiarity with online marketing channels and social media execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cross-departmental coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and consistently meet strict deadlines under
pressure. - Passion for brand consistency, modern trade trends, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic marketing metrics analysis.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team
environment.
Job Description
- Assist in executing marketing plans, marketing campaigns, and trade promotions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Sales, Digital, Design, Finance, and Supply
Chain. - Support brand activation events, trade shows, and new product launches (NPD).
- Manage, track, and distribute marketing materials and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to key
outlets and distributors. - Monitor campaign performance, collect market feedback, and assess promotional effectiveness.
- Conduct basic market research, trade visits, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure consistent brand alignment and guidelines across all marketing touchpoints.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support budget tracking, vendor invoice processing, and administrative marketing tasks
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
