Job Requirements

AGTI / B.E (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or Diploma in M&E Drafting.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in M&E Drafting for building construction projects.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D (Revit/BIM skills are a strong plus).
Solid understanding of MEP systems, single-line diagrams, and piping/conduit routings.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and coordinate closely with site engineering teams.

Job Descriptions

Prepare detailed 2D/3D M&E Shop Drawings for Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Fighting Systems.
Review Architectural & Structural drawings to perform M&E clash detection before site execution.
Update and maintain As-Built Drawings and revision control according to site changes.
Assist the Project Manager and Senior Site Engineer with technical submittals, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and construction layouts.
Extract accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) from approved drawings to match BOQ specifications.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
