Job Requirements
• B.E or AGTI Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Between 35 and 50 years old.
• 3–5+ years in factory maintenance management (plastics, bag, or packaging industries
• preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with extrusion lines, cutting machines, lathe
• operations, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Automation Skills: Strong diagnostic skills in PLCs, VFD drive configurations, sensors,
• and circuit schematics.
• Management & PC Skills: Proven team leadership, problem-solving under pressure, and
• proficiency in MS Excel/Word for maintenance reporting.
• To direct mechanical, electrical, electronic, and industrial automation operations.
Job Descriptions
• Industrial Electronics, PLC & Automation: Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo drives across drawing and cutting machines. Diagnose and repair electronic components, sensors, relays, temperature controllers, encoders,
• Mechanical & Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute daily, weekly, and monthly PM plans for drawing lines, cutting machines, lathe machines, and utilities.
• Manage mechanical servicing (bearings, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication) and electrical/electronic checks.
• Breakdown Maintenance & Fabrication: Lead rapid Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and repairs for unexpected machine failures. Direct lathe machine operations to fabricate or re-machine urgent spare parts on-site during emergencies.
• Spare Parts & Infrastructure Management: Maintain optimal stock levels for critical mechanical parts and high-value automation components (PLCs,VFDs, sensors).
• Oversee transformers, Main Switchboards (MSB), power distribution, and backup generators.
• Team Leadership & Safety: Train and mentor maintenance technicians in mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting. Enforce HSE regulations, electrical safety standards, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
Working hours: 8:00AM to 6:00PM
