Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
- Computer (Excel, Word, Email) အခြေခံ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Communication နှင့် Negotiation (ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးခြင်း) စွမ်းရည် ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Team Work စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိပြီး ပြဿနာများကို အကောင်းဆုံး ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Modern Trade များတွင် Sales Target ပြည့်မှီစေရန် ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း။
- Promotion ပွဲများ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဆိုင်များတွင် ကုန်ပစ္စည်း ပြတ်လပ်မှုမရှိစေရန်နှင့် Display / Merchandising စနစ်တကျရှိစေရန် ကြည့်ရှုစစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- ဆိုင်ခွဲများရှိ (Promoter) ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ တက်ရောက်မှု၊ ဝတ်စားဆင်ယင်မှုနှင့် လုပ်ဆောင် ချက်များကို ကြီးကြပ်ကွပ်ကဲပြီး လိုအပ်သည်များကို Train ပေးခြင်း။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဆိုင်တာဝန်ခံများ (Store/Category Managers) နှင့် ညှိနှိုင်း၍ Promotion များပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- အပတ်စဉ်/လစဉ် အရောင်းအစီရင်ခံစာများ (Sales Reports) နှင့် Competitor Analysis Report ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
