• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ (သို့) အထက်တန်း အဆင့်အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Computer (Word / Excel / Email) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံ (၁)နှစ် အထက်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ဘဏ်ကိစ္စများ လုပ်ကိုင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အစိုးရရုံးများသို့ ဝင် / ထွက် သွားလာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• မိမိလုပ်ငန်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ သေချာစွာသိမ်းဆည်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
