Job Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • Must have related experience at least 2 years in related field.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Must have excellent communications skill to nurture strategic relationship with the clients.
  • Must be skillful negotiator.
  • Prefer who has experiences with the big corporates.

 

 

Job Descriptions

  • Arrange ferry and shuttle services according to corporate requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Serve as the main contact person for corporates and drivers.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to corporate.
  • Handle customer complaints (both administrative and user-related).
  • Collect log sheets, fuel slips, and toll fee receipts from drivers, calculation fuel basic consumption
  • Prepare toll fee / fuel / trip allowance advances, payments and clearances.
  • Prepare attendance records at the end of each month / driver overtime payment.
  • Handle vehicle returns, driver change, accident-related deductions, and necessary arrangements.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team as needed.
  • Other Assign by Management.

 

Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
